Toronto’s Wildlife, a quintent of free-spirited, adventurous, rowdy young lads are unveiling their debut album, Strike Hard, Young Diamond via Easy Tiger Records on July 13th, 2010.
Wildlife has been garnering quite the buzz from their emotive live sets alone, as they leave the crowd blissful, sweaty, danced-out and wanting more. Now more than ever, it’s all about the live show for up-and-coming bands, and Wildlife is a perfect testament to how rocking the live stage is the not-so-secret sauce to embarking on a magical music career.
Recorded at Vibewrangler Studios with Michael Keire and Glen Marshall (Feist & Apostle of Hustle), I have high hopes for this album. These fun-loving Canadians are proud to be releasing a record with the ethos, “Youth is wide-eyed, carefree, and irresponsible and we’re all part of it.” Very relatable, wouldn’t you say? If only we could all be young and carefree forever.
